Uprise support comes with a variety of options so you can get the help you need, when you need it.
The Uprise Knowledge Base is the best place to start when you have a question about Uprise. It's incredibly comprehensive and contains detailed information about how to use every aspect of the software. It's searchable and contains videos, FAQs, quick tips, and more. Best of all, it's always right at your fingertips.
Our online support ticketing system ensures that your support questions go directly to our team so that they can begin investigating the issue and get you a resolution as quickly as possible. Support tickets can be used to report a bug, request new features, get help with system configurations, or just to get help with something if you can't find what you need in the Knowledge Base. Support tickets allow you to spend less time on the phone and help us direct your question to the appropriate team, so you get fast and accurate responses.
Our trainer hosts weekly Q&A sessions to discuss any questions or concerns you have about using Uprise. Sessions are split between practice management and EHR topics. These sessions are conducted via Webinars and our team is there live to answer questions from you and other Uprise users in a small group setting. It's a great way to get answers to your own questions, and to learn from other users.
The Uprise Customer Support team takes pride in making sure that every customer has an exceptional experience with our products. Everyone on the team has extensive experience in the optical industry, and their backgrounds include working with software implementation and even working in eyecare practices. They are very familiar with the problems eyecare practices commonly face and will ensure that you get the answers you need as quickly as possible.
Access all of our support tools by logging in to your Uprise account and selecting "Help" from the dropdown menu on the top right of the screen. From there you'll be able to search the Knowledge Base, watch videos, register for live Q&A Webinars, and submit a support ticket to the Uprise team.
