Training and support are at the core of successful software implementation. We've designed a comprehensive program that engages users at every level and tailors training material for the various roles of your staff. It also gives you a variety of support options so that your practice isn't stalled if you ever need help.
Software and process changes can make a practice panic. We get that, and we want to help you navigate the change to Uprise as smoothly as possible. We ask all of our users to designate someone in their practice to be the Uprise Champion and together we work with the Champion to get everyone properly trained on the system.
Training for Uprise is done through our Learning Center, but we don't just give you access to the system and send you on your way. Training occurs continuously throughout the implementation process.
The Uprise Learning Center is a Learning Management System (LMS) that consists of videos and hands-on activities to step through how to use the system. Since the Learning Center is available online, you and your staff can train from home or in the office.
The Support Center is a knowledge base of 100's of step-by-step articles. These articles have more pictures than words so you can easily follow the instructions without having to read a lot of text. Get answers to your questions quickly and apply your new knowledge in a snap. Best of all, it's accessible directly in Uprise.
